Kinomi is the brainchild of Hiromi Stone, a former Japanese cooking teacher who loves flavour.
She sources the best nuts she can find and seasons them with the taste of home; soy sauce, kombu and sake. Each nut is then sprinkled with a unique spice combination and hand packed into attractive tubes.
